Remedy for Belly Fat



Losing weight has it's challenges but it seems acquiring toned abs has a set of challenges all of it's own. 

Reducing 'belly fat' requires a specific understanding of why we have belly fat and what we can do about it. 

This is what exercise experts have to say about belly fat.

Can doing extra crunches, starving yourself or taking diet pills lead to tighter abs? 

Their answer 'no'

The reason for this is that everyone has abdominal muscles but when we have fat on our stomach, it's this fat that hides those muscles.  The fat on our stomach tends to expand as we age possibly to protect our internal organs as our bones decrease in strength. 

The only way to rid ourselves of belly fat then, is to burn fat.  

Regular exercise, proper eating & living free of unhealthy stress releases fat not only from your abs but from all parts of your body.
