Freshly squeeze
lemon into 1 quart glass jar.
Fill jar with
filtered water.
Add 1 teaspoon raw
honey.
Add pinch of cayenne pepper.
Make 8 to 12 glasses each morning & continue
to drink throughout the day.
Drink 4 glasses
a day & drink them throughout the day.
Also
drink water and herbal tea throughout the day.

beets, onions, parsley, kale, parsnips, 4 cloves of garlic in 2 quarts of
filtered water for 45 minutes.
Add sea
salt. Strain stock. Store in fridge.
