High Fibre Spinach & Celery Smoothie


Excellent source of minerals & fibre. 

Excellent as a body cleanser.

Ingredients:

2 cups water
1/2 head of spinach
1 head of romaine lettuce
Juice from 1/2 lemon
4 celery stalks
1 banana
1 pear
1 apple

How To Make Smoothie:

Put 2 cups of water in blender.  Put in spinach & romaine lettuce.  Blend until smooth.

Add celery, apple & pear and blend again until smooth.

Add lemon juice & banana and blend again.

Pour & drink right away or you can store up to 2 days in the fridge.
