inch slice ginger

carrots

stalks celery

fennel stalk

bunch parsley or cilantro

to 4 inch piece burdock or yellow dock root

lemon, juiced

tablespoon spirulina or chlorella
HOW TO MAKE THIS DRINK:
Juice the beet,
greens, cucumber, ginger, carrots, celery, fennel, parsley & burdock in a
juicer.
Add the lemon juice and
spirulina and dilute 50% with filtered or purified water.
