Beetroot Veggie Detox Drink



INGREDIENTS:

½ beet root

3-5 beet greens

1 cucumber

½ inch slice ginger

1-3 carrots

2 stalks celery

½ fennel stalk

1 bunch parsley or cilantro

2 to 4 inch piece burdock or yellow dock root

1 lemon, juiced

1 tablespoon spirulina or chlorella
 
 
HOW TO MAKE THIS DRINK:
 
Juice the beet, greens, cucumber, ginger, carrots, celery, fennel, parsley & burdock in a juicer. 
 
Add the lemon juice and spirulina and dilute 50% with filtered or purified water.
