Bitter Tasting Foods



Bitter tasting foods filled with phenols, polyphenols, flavonoids, isoflavones, terpenes, and glucosinolates,
are some of the most disease fighting foods we can eat. 

Include in your diet these foods and they will add to your greater health. 

Foods include grapefruit, arugula, collard greens, parsley, dandelion leaves, radicchio, cranberries, endive and pomegranates.
