Scents


I drove along country roads today.  The fresh, clean air, the scent of the wildflowers did well for me.  Instead of feeling fatigued when I came home, I felt energized.
 
 
Pleasant scents trigger memories & enrich the body in a positive, healthful way. 
 
If you're feeling poorly, clean your home & bring in pleasant, welcoming scents. 
 
This will begin the process toward helping you feel well again.
